As I sit and start some work for the week ahead I am feeling pretty reflective on the past week.
As I said in my last post my mental health has not been great this week, and that has made it difficult for me to get on with everyday tasks. Despite that I had people over last night and, honestly, hated every second of it I actually had a nice time but did feel anxious the entire time!
It did get me thinking about this blog though, I started it with the intention of discussing solely ADHD, but the more I think about it the more I want to make it more a log of ADHD alongside my mental health and trauma struggles.
My next, actually well, thought through post is going to be on Tuesday and actually is about ADHD, but keep an eye out on future for a bit more exploration onto just generic mental health stuff!
